Refunds, handled with care.
Digital art and commissioned work are personal purchases. This policy explains what can be reviewed, what is non-refundable, and how to contact the studio.
01
Requesting a refund
There is no automated refund request form. Email the studio from the address used for your purchase and include your order or commission reference, the item involved, and a short explanation. Each request is reviewed individually.
02
Artwork purchases
A refund is not automatic once a digital artwork has been delivered or made available. Requests may be approved when there is a duplicate charge, a technical delivery failure that cannot be resolved, or another issue accepted by the studio. If a refund is approved, access and ownership rights associated with that purchase are revoked.
03
Commissioned work
The commission booking fee is non-refundable because it reserves time and begins the creative process. The final commission payment is refundable when the studio approves the request. Work already delivered, approved, or substantially completed may affect the decision.
04
Payment timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. PayPal and the receiving bank control when the funds appear, so processing time can vary after the studio submits the refund.
Contacting the studio does not guarantee approval. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
